Pharmacy Weight Loss Mapplewell is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Mapplewell and the surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and UK medicines legislation.

We reserve the right to decline to provide services to any individual who does not meet our eligibility criteria or where our pharmacist determines it is not clinically appropriate to do so. You must not use this service if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a condition that may be contraindicated with weight loss treatment unless confirmed safe by your GP.
All medications dispensed through our service require a valid prescription issued by one of our GPhC-registered prescribing pharmacists. Prescriptions are only issued following a thorough review of your medical questionnaire and any supporting information provided.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date medical information at all times. Providing false or misleading information may result in serious harm and will result in immediate termination of your account. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances that may affect your suitability for treatment.
Our pharmacist may request additional information or decline to issue a prescription at their sole clinical discretion. A prescription being previously issued does not guarantee future prescriptions will be approved.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully received and confirmed. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our prescribing pharmacist, delivery will be made within 1 working day. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays or adverse weather conditions.
You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is accurate. We cannot accept liability for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address being provided. Medications will be dispatched in discreet, secure packaging in compliance with safe storage and transportation guidelines.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. Once a prescription has been issued and your medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds due to the nature of prescription medicines and UK medicines legislation.
If your order is declined by our pharmacist on clinical grounds, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via the details provided on our website.
